Notification types
| Type | Channel | Description |
|---|---|---|
| New lead | Email + In-app | A new lead enters the CRM |
| Deal won | Email + In-app | A deal is marked as won |
| Sync completed | In-app | An ADS sync is complete |
| Sync failed | Email + In-app | Error during sync |
| Budget exceeded | Daily budget exceeds the threshold | |
| Trial expiring | Reminder 3 days before trial ends |
Setup
Settings > Notifications to enable/disable each type by channel (email and/or in-app).
Budget alerts
Set thresholds to be notified when your spend exceeds a defined amount:
- Settings > Notifications > Budget alerts
- Set the daily threshold per platform
- You receive an email as soon as the threshold is reached
Weekly digest
Enable the weekly summary to receive an email every Monday with:
- Previous week's KPIs
- Comparison with the week before
- Top 3 campaigns by ROAS
- Any alerts
