Connect Meta Ads

Prerequisites

• An active Meta Business Manager account
• An Administrator or Advertiser role on the ad account
• At least one active or paused campaign

Connection steps

1. Access integrations

From your dashboard, click Settings > Integrations > Meta Ads > Connect.

2. Authorize OAuth access

A Meta window opens. Log in with the account that has access to your ad accounts, then authorize Metrikia to access the following data:

• ads_read: Read campaigns, ad sets, and ads
• ads_management: Access performance statistics
• business_management: List ad accounts

3. Select accounts

After authorization, Metrikia displays your ad accounts. Select the ones you want to track.

4. Initial sync

The first sync starts automatically. It retrieves data from the last 90 days. Depending on volume, it may take 2 to 15 minutes.

Troubleshooting

Authorization fails?

• Make sure you are an admin of the Business Manager
• Disable popup blockers
• Try in private/incognito browsing

Data not syncing?

• Check the Status page in Settings > Integrations
• Trigger a manual sync using the "Resync" button
