Filters and periods

Period selection

The period selector is accessible at the top of each dashboard page. Available options:

• Today: Current day data
• Yesterday: Previous full day
• Last 7 days: Rolling week
• Last 30 days: Rolling month
• This month: From the 1st to the current day
• Last month: Previous calendar month
• This quarter: Current quarter
• Custom: Free selection of start and end dates

Period comparison

Enable comparison to see trends:

• Previous period: Compare to the equivalent period just before
• Same period last year: Year-over-year comparison

Variations are displayed as percentages on each KPI.

Advanced filters

By platform

Filter data by ad source: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or all.

By campaign

Search and select a specific campaign to see its isolated performance.

By lead status

Filter by CRM status: New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won, Lost.

Saved views

Combine your favorite filters and save them:

1. Apply the desired filters
2. Click Save view
3. Name your view (e.g., "Meta — 30 days — Qualified leads")
4. Find it in the view selector

You can set a default view that will display on every login.
