Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the access to and use of the Metrikia platform, published by Metrikia SAS. By using our services, you accept these terms.

2. Service description

Metrikia is a SaaS marketing tracking and analytics platform that allows you to:

  • Centralize advertising data (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Manage leads and sales (CRM)
  • Calculate the real ROI of advertising investments
  • Generate performance reports

3. Registration and account

To use Metrikia, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account.

4. Subscription and payment

Access to Metrikia requires a paid subscription after the 14-day free trial period.

  • Payments are monthly or annual, via Stripe
  • The subscription is automatically renewed
  • You can cancel at any time from the settings
  • No refunds are issued for periods already started

5. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Not use the service for fraudulent activities
  • Respect the terms of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)

6. Intellectual property

Metrikia, its logo, interface and features are the exclusive property of Metrikia SAS. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data for service purposes.

7. Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance. We are not responsible for interruptions due to third parties (hosting provider, advertising platforms).

8. Limitation of liability

Metrikia is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculated data. Our liability is limited to the amount of your subscription for the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

9. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in case of ToS violation. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days (except for legal obligations).

10. Applicable law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
