How to exercise your rights
1. By email
Send your request to privacy@metrikia.io with a proof of identity. We respond within 30 days maximum.
2. With the CNIL
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL.
Organization owners must transfer ownership of their organization before requesting account deletion.
