Configure your organization timezone

Align the periods displayed across dashboards (yesterday, this week, this month) with your business timezone instead of UTC.

Goal

Set the timezone Metrikia uses to slice days and weeks in every report.

Why it matters: Without this configuration, Metrikia defaults to UTC. For a Paris-based business, "yesterday" then starts at 02:00 local time, which skews yesterday's profit, the weekly MER and every period comparison.

Prerequisites

  • Be owner or admin of the organization (member users see the field read-only).

Step 1: Open settings

  1. Click your avatar in the top right
  2. Select Settings
  3. In the sidebar, go to Language & Region

Step 2: Pick the timezone

  1. In the Organization settings card, find Organization timezone
  2. Open the dropdown
  3. Select your zone (e.g. Europe/Paris for mainland France, America/New_York for US East coast)
  4. The change applies immediately

Step 3: Verify

Reload the main dashboard. The "Yesterday" and "This week" labels now reflect your local zone. Profit, spend and ROAS values are recomputed for the local day.

Tip: This setting is distinct from the personal timezone in Personal preferences. The user timezone only affects how dates are rendered in the UI. The organization timezone drives the server-side metric computation.

Common issues

  • The field is greyed out: your role does not permit edits. Ask an owner or admin.
  • No visible change: reload the page (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R). The browser cache may serve the previous period.
  • My zone is missing from the list: contact support, the current list covers the main business zones.
