Configure your CRM mapping

Map your HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable or other CRM statuses to Metrikia statuses. The wizard detects your statuses automatically and proposes a mapping.

Configure your CRM mapping

The CRM mapping associates each CRM status with Metrikia statuses. Without a correct mapping, every imported lead stays as "New lead" and your closing rate becomes unrealistic.

Prerequisites

  • Your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, etc.) is connected to Metrikia.
  • A first sync has happened (at least 50 contacts imported).
  • You are admin or owner of the tenant.

Steps

1. Open the wizard

  1. Go to https://app.metrikia.io/app/settings, Integrations tab.
  2. Find your CRM in the "My connections" list.
  3. Click the "Configure mapping" button below the CRM.

2. Step 1: Analyze

The wizard automatically detects statuses present in your CRM by reading a 100-contact sample. A table shows each detected status with its volume and percentage. Verify the list, then click "Next".

3. Step 2: Mapping

For each CRM status, pick the corresponding Metrikia status via the dropdown. Recommendations:

  • Entry statuses (New, Lead, Subscriber): New lead
  • Intermediate statuses (Contacted, Appointment set, Quote sent): Contacted, Appointment proposed, Appointment booked, Deal pending
  • Won final statuses (Customer, Client signed): Closed won
  • Lost final statuses (Disqualified, Lost): Disqualified

4. Step 3: Confirmation

The wizard shows a summary: how many mappings will be created, updated, or unchanged. Click "View mapping details" to verify row by row. Then "Apply mapping".

5. Synchronisation

The mapping applies immediately to new leads and retroactively to existing leads on the next sync (every 2h).

Special cases

  • You have multiple CRMs connected (e.g. HubSpot + Airtable): configure the mapping for each CRM independently. Mappings do not share across CRMs.
  • Same lead in two CRMs: Metrikia deduplicates automatically on email. The existing lead is updated, history keeps both sources.
  • A CRM status does not appear in the list: it is not in the sample. Either you have fewer than 100 contacts total, or this status is rare. Trigger a manual sync then re-open the wizard.

Frequent errors

  • "No status detected": your CRM has not been synced yet. Trigger a manual sync in Settings > Integrations.
  • "Apply failed": a chosen Metrikia status is no longer valid (rare). Reload the page and retry.

Ideas and roadmap

If the wizard does not cover your case (custom fields to map, specific scoring, conditional automation), go to "Ideas and Roadmap" in Settings to submit the feature.
