Read and fix my pixel health

The Pixel Health page shows you, page by page, whether your pixel is capturing visits on your ad destination pages. This is what lets Metrikia tie your leads back to the right ad.

Prerequisites

• At least one connected ad account (Meta, Google, TikTok), so Metrikia can discover your destination pages.
• The Metrikia pixel installed on your site. If it is not installed yet, the page guides you through it.

Open the page

1. In the sidebar, click Pixel health (/app/pixel).
2. At the top, read your coverage: "X pages covered out of Y". That is how many of your ad destination pages actually fire the pixel. A badge sums up the overall state: Healthy, Needs attention or Critical.

Read the discovered pages table

The Discovered destination pages table lists every page your ads send traffic to, with its status:

• Firing (green): the pixel captures visits on this page. Nothing to do.
• Silent (amber): no pixel visit was received. The snippet is probably missing on this page.
• Broken link tag: the destination URL contains a second "?" that breaks tracking. Visits arrive with no information.
• Frozen utm tag: the ad sends a fixed label instead of the ad-id macro, so every click looks the same.

Fix a silent page

1. On the page row, click Copy this page to grab its exact URL.
2. Place the Metrikia snippet on that page. The install card, at the bottom of the Pixel Health page, holds your snippet to copy.
3. Most reliable: place the snippet globally (in your site or funnel builder settings), to cover every page at once.

Fix a broken link or a frozen utm

Both are fixed in your ads manager, not in Metrikia:

• Broken link: remove the second "?" from the destination URL. Tracking parameters belong in the dedicated field (suffix or url tags), not pasted behind an extra "?".
• Frozen utm: replace the fixed label with the platform's dynamic ad-id macro, so each ad is recognized.

Verify live

1. In the Verify now section, start the test.
2. Open one of your destination pages in another tab.
3. The first real event confirms the pixel is firing. The matching page turns green.

Follow the priorities

The Fix first list ranks your actions from most to least urgent, each with a direct link to the right screen.

Expected result

All your active destination pages show Firing, your coverage climbs, and your leads inherit their ad origin automatically.

Common problems

• "No ad connected": connect an ad account first so Metrikia can discover your destination pages.
• Critical state, the pixel is not firing: reinstall the snippet from the install card, then run the live test again.
• A page stays silent after installing: check the snippet is present on THAT specific page, not only your home page. A global install through your site settings is the safest.
• You do not see "Pixel health" in the menu: this page is reserved for members with analytics access. Ask a workspace administrator for access.
