Daily ad performance report by email: the Diana guide

Receiving and managing the Diana daily report

What Diana's daily email contains, when it is sent, and how to turn it on or off.

Also known as

Diana daily report, daily email, daily digest, morning summary, daily performance report, unsubscribe from the report.

What the report contains

Every morning, Diana reviews yesterday's activity (in your account timezone) and emails you only when there is something worth telling you:

  • an anomaly detected on your performance (warning or critical)
  • a deal won yesterday
  • a ROAS or CPL target crossed, up or down
  • ad spend with no lead generated

The email includes yesterday's key metrics (spend, leads, clicks, CPL, ROAS), your won deals, a comparison against your targets when you have set them, and at most one recommended action with a direct link to the relevant page.

Why don't I get an email every day?

That is by design. When nothing notable happened, Diana stays quiet: no noise, no empty email. If no signal shows up for 7 days, you receive a weekly recap so you keep visibility.

Prerequisites

  • Diana anomaly detection enabled on your workspace.
  • At least one connected data source (ad platform, CRM or payment).
  • For target comparison: ROAS or CPL targets defined in your settings.

Turning the report on or off

  1. Open /app/settings.
  2. Go to the Notifications section.
  3. Toggle "Diana daily report" on or off.
  4. The change applies immediately, no extra save needed.

You can also unsubscribe in one click from the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email. A confirmation page opens, click the button to confirm. You can re-subscribe anytime from your settings.

Common issues

  • I stopped receiving emails: check the toggle in /app/settings under Notifications, then your spam folder. If the toggle is on, there may simply have been no signal lately (the weekly recap will arrive).
  • Numbers do not match my ad platform: the report covers yesterday in your account timezone, check the compared period.
  • I want my targets in the report: set your ROAS or CPL targets in the settings, they will appear in the next report.
