Connect the Chrome extension and the Claude plugin

Goal

Connect the Metrikia Companion Chrome extension and the Claude / Cursor plugin to your account. Connecting uses a secure browser sign-in: you identify yourself once and authorize access. No key to enter.

Connect the Chrome extension

Prerequisites: a Metrikia account and the extension installed in Chrome.

1. Click the Metrikia icon in the Chrome extensions bar.
2. Click Connect to Metrikia.
3. A window opens. If needed, sign in with your Metrikia email and password.
4. An authorization screen lists the requested access (read and create leads, read ad performance). Review it, then click Authorize.
5. The window closes: the extension shows your workspace, the connection is active.

Expected result: the extension captures your leads from LinkedIn, Instagram and the ads manager, and shows your performance columns.

Connect the Claude plugin (or Cursor)

Prerequisites: the Metrikia plugin installed in Claude Code or Cursor.

1. Run a Metrikia command (for example a performance report), or let the plugin connect on startup.
2. On the first call, your browser opens the Metrikia sign-in page.
3. Sign in if needed, then click Authorize.
4. Go back to Claude or Cursor: the plugin is connected. The session renews on its own.

Sign out or revoke access

• Extension: open the extension Settings, then Sign out.
• Account: go to /app/settings, security and access section, to revoke a connected application. Revoking cuts off its access immediately.

Common issues

• The sign-in window does not open: make sure pop-ups are not blocked for Metrikia, then try again.
• Stuck on the authorization screen: make sure you are on the right Metrikia account, then click Authorize again.
• The extension asks you to reconnect: your session expired or access was revoked. Click Connect to Metrikia.
